We're delighted to host you during your stay at our beautiful farmstead. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable glamping experience for all guests, please take a moment to review our house rules.
House Rules
Deposit, Cancellation, and Change Policy
Payment:
- 50% charged at the time of booking.
- Remaining 50% charged 1 week prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
- Full refund for cancellations made 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made 1 week before check-in. However, 50% of the payment can be used for a future booking.
Changes/Cancellations Fee:
- $25 fee for any changes or cancellations. Sorry, no exceptions..
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 4:00 pm
Check-out time: 10:00 am
We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests.
Self Check-in:
For your convenience, we offer self-check-in using a keypad. You'll receive the access code along with your confirmation email.
Smoking and Cannabis Use
Smoking is prohibited indoors. If you or your guests choose to smoke inside our facilities, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be added to your bill. This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, diffusers, hookahs, and cigars.
We are a 100% cannabis-free property. Cannabis use is not permitted anywhere on the premises to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Any evidence of smoking cannabis on-site or complaints made by guests will be asked to stop.
Drive Slowly
As we reside on a farmstead with lots of furry friends, we kindly request that you drive slowly and observe the speed limit for the safety of our animals and pedestrians.
Quiet Hours
Please be mindful of noise levels outside after 10:00 pm, as a courtesy to our neighbors and other guests.
No Pets
We have a strict no-pets-indoors policy to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests.
Amenities
During your stay, you'll enjoy a range of amenities designed to enhance your comfort and convenience, including:
- Complimentary Wi-Fi and board games for your entertainment needs.
- Coffee pots, coolers, mini-fridge and microwave for your food and beverages.
- Partially furnished kitchen for meal preparation and outdoor cooking.
- Fire pits for cozy campfire evenings.
- Bathhouse with toilets and showers for your convenience.
- On-site shop boutique for travel essentials, farm fresh eggs, and local goods.
- Travel essentials, including shampoo, body wash, and towels.
- Direct lake access for fishing, canoeing and kayaking.
- Custom interiors with an electric fireplace for cozy indoor moments.
- Scenic walking trail for leisurely strolls through nature.
- Designated parking area for guests to enjoy their own private camping experience.
